Market Planning and Healthcare Requirements Analysis

The Military Healthcare System (MHS) supports more than 10 million beneficiaries around the world.  While working for Noblis in support of global planning for the MHS, Jeremy and his team employed a rigorous approach that considered market forces and other unique factors impacting healthcare delivery in each market.

 

Over several years the planning team identified requirements - and developed healthcare solutions - including the recapitalization of inpatient and outpatient facilities - designed to impact Active Duty soldiers and their dependents on three continents.  The efforts informed planning efforts at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, and the 121st General Hospital in Korea, among other locations.
