Tools and Metrics

The Army’s Health Facility Planning Agency (HFPA) was challenged to manage a vast inventory of clinical assets supporting millions of beneficiaries around the globe. Jeremy worked with a diverse team of clinical planners, data scientists and web developers to design and build a software solution to:

 

• Aggregate extensive data sets from disparate sources

• Support data/metric-driven evaluation of projects and planning efforts

• Streamline enterprise planning and investment activities

The final product enabled planners and organization leadership to more accurately and rapidly understand and assess the inventory and markets they served and to develop a portfolio of investment priorities.
